Test and tag colours for construction and demolition sites

It is recommended to test an item at the beginning of a colour period so that the tag gets used for the full three months. If an item is tested a few weeks before the end of a colour period, the item will need to be re-tested again when the new colour period takes affect.
NB: No specific colour is mandated for sites not specifically in construction and demolition. However testers usually change the colour every test period to assist users.
